I have been in church and ministry leadership for over 35 years and in full time pastoral ministry for over 22 years. I am currently the Lead Pastor of Coast Vineyard Church, a church of over 600 people that my wife and I started in 2013 in Orewa, Auckland. I have a Masters of Ministry and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. I also co-founded an Engineering Consultancy practice – Blue Barn Consulting -  in the early 2000’s.

I have been married for over 34 years to Jacinda who is a church pastor, spiritual director and pastoral supervisor. We have three adult daughters who are a delight.

I have been assisting people in pastoral ministry for a few years now. It is a joy to be involved in the journey of Christian leaders, especially because I know how profoundly beneficial it has been for me as I have experienced assistance from others.
