Enneagram Team Coaching

A masterclass helping Christian leaders understand their Enneagram type, uncover core motivations and fears, grow in self-awareness and spiritual formation, and lead with humility, wisdom, and Christ-centred authenticity.

This masterclass offers Christian leaders a deep and practical introduction to the Enneagram as a tool for spiritual formation, self-awareness, and healthy leadership.

Rooted in biblical wisdom and historic Christian spirituality, the workshop helps participants understand their core motivations, fears, and desires, and how these shape their relationships, leadership style, and response to stress and success. Leaders will be equipped to recognise defensive patterns, false narratives, and coping strategies that can limit spiritual and relational growth.

Participants will explore their dominant Enneagram type and discover how it influences decision-making, conflict patterns, communication, and emotional life. The workshop highlights both the gifts and the blind spots of each type, equipping leaders to recognise unhealthy patterns, manage reactivity, and grow inmaturity. Through guided reflection, biblical engagement, and practical exercises, leaders will learn how their personality connects with spiritual practices inviting leaders to move beyond personality awareness into transformation of the heart.

Special attention is given to how different types experience calling, authority, vulnerability, and burnout. Leaders will be supported to move beyond performance, comparison, and people-pleasing into secure, Christ-centred identity. The Enneagram is presented not as a label, but as a pathway toward freedom, repentance, and transformation.

This masterclass is ideal for pastors, ministry leaders, and Christian professionals who desire deeper self-knowledge, stronger relationships, and more emotionally andspiritually healthy leadership – leading from love rather than fear, and grace rather than striving.

Please note: In order for a Team Session to occur, all participants need to have participated in either 1:1 coaching or an Introductory Group Workshop (prior to the team session). See more information below and costings for all options.

HOW LONG IS THE WORKSHOP?

This Masterclass can be adapted to suit your context and needs in negotiation with our team. If you are interested in talking to us about what possibilities you have available to you get in touch.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

Assessment Codes

There is a cost involved for assessment codes. There are a number of assessment options for the Enneagramand they all vary in cost and accuracy.

This Enneagram assessment (Enneagram Solutions) is very thorough and offers two options for full detailed reports. Two other assessments which are cheaper and also widely used are the WEPSSAssessment or the Enneagram Institute assessment.

(It is worthy to note that these cheaper reports are not as thorough and detailed as the Enneagram Solutions report, therefore, their typing methods increase the chance of being mistyped (not receiving the correct result). We can help you to make decisions on what codes would suit your needs so do get in touch if you have any questions.
